Cassandra Palmer by Karen Chance

pentagram dividerThe unique world that Karen Chance created in this series exists side by side with the world you believe to be the real one. It is crowded by many different creatures and beings, such as vampires, mages, seers, ghosts, zombies, witches, pixies, feys, giants, golems, were-creatures, incubi, and many more.

This world has its own rules and politics; history mixes with mythology, and it still remains coherent.

The masterfully built storyline develops through the installments one after the other. So it definitely needs to be read in order, and thoughtfully!

Fast-paced action, unexpected twists and turns, time-travel, some horror, a smack of romance and passion, sarcastic humor and lots of magic make this series more special.

The Cassandra Palmer series overlaps the Dorina Basarab series, which is set in the same universe.

Extra short stories of main characters, such as John Pritkin, Mircea, Tomas, and Kit Marlowe also belong to this series.
