When looking for someone to help heal his broken heart, Wilson Curtis never dreamed he’d find two someones. Love isn’t always conventional.
After being publicly outed and his restaurant business in tatters, instead of vacationing with his lover, Wilson Curtis goes to Key West alone where he meets Simon and Adam. Fascinated by this couple, he strikes up conversation and is soon invited into their bed for some holiday fun.
But once isn’t enough, and the offer is extended for the remainder of his stay. As they get to know each other, in and out of the bedroom, sparks fly and ten days is all it takes to change their lives.
When it comes time for Wil to leave, with outside tensions closing in and time running out, tempers flare and emotions fray. Beneath the misunderstandings and lack of communication is the realisation these three men aren’t ready to say goodbye.
It’s a perfect holiday book: perfect for a hot summer day – except it is so full of hotness that you could get dangerously overheated… 🙂
Sweet story with distinguishable and utterly lovable characters, steamy sex scenes, and dirty fun.
Enjoyable first-person narrative (so rare!), well-paced plot, many laugh-out-loud, as well as heart-stirring moments make this romance a real winner. (It’s kind of insta-love, but I really didn’t mind!)
I loved Adam’s cheerfulness and openness, Simon’s quiet and steady devotion, Wil’s shyness and cuteness, and his wonderment to things he had never experienced before. It was a delight to follow how he reacted and experienced all those ‘firsts’, and how he became confident and open about his sexuality.
No angst, no unnecessary drama in this novel, only easily manageable conflicts. No cheesiness, just pure romance.
Highly recommended to M/M and poly-romance fans – you’ll love it!
It wasn’t that the fairy tale ended that day. It just made this relationship real. It wasn’t a game. It wasn’t a holiday fling. It was real. Real hearts on the line, real love at stake.
